Did you know that tomatoes are a food that contains Umami? Did you know that lycopene, the pigment that gives it its red color, is also a great antioxidant?

The tomato, due to its characteristics, is a food that provides us with healthy elements and gastronomic emotions at the same time. If you want to discover all this and much more, from organic and environmentally friendly agriculture, we are waiting for you in the heart of Alcarria de Cuenca to live an experience with all the senses.

The activity begins from the Huete Tourist Office from where we will depart following our guide, each with their own vehicle, to a
organic garden where we will learn all the details of the cultivation of the Calterras tomato. After the field work we will go to taste a very
unique, in a unique space, an old Palace House from the 17th century. A unique experience to enjoy with family and friends.
