Guided visit to Segóbriga Archaeological Park. The ancient Roman city of Segóbriga will show us the economic grandeur of Roman civilization. We will see its streets, buildings, and temples as this archaeological site is one of the best Roman cities excavated inside the Iberian Peninsula. We will visit its incomparable Forum, its roman theater and get down to the arena of an amphitheater with capacity for 5,000 people and feel like real gladiators of the first century, as if it we were Spartacus or Maximus Decimus Meridius. We will also visit its monumental baths where Romans cleaned up and maintained an intense social life or visit the circus and glimpse what would be those impressive races that remind us to the cinema.

Tasting Manchego products and wine D.O. Uclés. In HeraSSanz Gourmet Store we will enjoy tasting D.O Uclés wines with some of our gastronomy products as atascaburras, morteruelo, pickled red-legged partridge and, of course, the famous"HeraSSanz" sheep's milk cheese

Military Order of Santiago monastery. We will walk streets wich where ones walked by caliphs, medieval knights, kings, poets, playwrights, and generals… visiting Uclés is travelling back in the history, walk by its streets means remind the epic medieval fights with knights brandishing their spears riding their white steeds. The impressive monastery, built over an arabic castle, was once the headquarter of the Military Order of Santiago and also where Jorge Manrique was buried and where Quevedo was imprisoner.
